We are focused on being a self-pay practice, but we do take some insurance, including Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Quest, and others.
Please contact us via phone if you plan to use insurance. We also use Thrizer, which is a service that allows PPO insurance holders to only pay your co-payment even if you are out-of-network with us. Feel free to call with questions about Thrizer, and we can send you an invitation link. If you have insurance, your medications will be covered as they normally would at your pharmacy.
